These Terms & Conditions ("Agreement") constitute the legally binding contract between you ("Player," "User," "you") and p879 ("Platform," "we," "us," "our") governing all access to and use of the p879 online casino, sports betting, and associated services available at p879.net. These Terms & Conditions are written in English. In the event of any discrepancy between an English version and any translated version, the English version shall prevail.
To create an Account and use p879 services, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and at all times thereafter:
p879 strictly enforces a one Account per person policy. Multiple Accounts registered to the same individual, mobile number, CNIC, device, or IP address are considered duplicate Accounts. All duplicate Accounts will be closed, any Bonus Balance will be forfeited, and Real Money Balances may be withheld pending investigation. p879's decision in such matters is final.
p879 will request CNIC documentation to verify your age prior to authorising withdrawals. Any Account where the verified age of the holder is found to be under 21 will be closed immediately, all gameplay history will be voided, and any deposited funds will be returned via the original payment method after deducting any winnings derived from wagering.
Upon registering a p879 Account, you accept the following ongoing obligations for as long as your Account remains open:
5.1 Deposits. All deposits to your p879 Account are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). p879 currently supports the following deposit methods: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL Bank Transfer, UBL Bank Transfer, Meezan Bank Transfer, and select Cryptocurrency networks. Minimum deposit amounts apply per method and are displayed on the cashier page. p879 does not charge deposit fees, though your payment provider may apply its own transaction charges.
5.2 Withdrawals. Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit, in accordance with p879's same-method withdrawal policy. This policy is a fraud prevention measure. Withdrawal requests are subject to KYC verification. p879 aims to process verified withdrawal requests within the timelines displayed in the cashier, which vary by method.
5.3 Withdrawal Holds. p879 reserves the right to place a temporary hold on withdrawal requests pending identity verification, security review, or fraud investigation. Players will be notified of any hold and the documentation required to resolve it. p879 will not unreasonably delay the processing of legitimate withdrawal requests.
5.4 Inactive Accounts. An Account that has not recorded any login activity for a period of 12 consecutive months may be classified as dormant. p879 reserves the right to apply an administrative maintenance fee to dormant accounts after the applicable notice period, subject to applicable law.
Minimum withdrawal amounts are displayed in the p879 cashier and vary by payment method. Players must complete KYC verification before any withdrawal request above the basic threshold is processed. KYC documents submitted via the Account dashboard are reviewed within 24-48 hours in most cases.
6.1 General Bonus Terms. All promotional bonuses, free bets, and credit awards issued by p879 are subject to the wagering requirements stated at the time of the offer. Bonus funds are credited to the Bonus Balance, which is separate from the Real Money Balance. Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until the applicable wagering requirement has been satisfied in full.
6.2 Wagering Requirements. Wagering requirements specify the total amount that must be wagered from the Bonus Balance before any derived winnings become eligible for withdrawal. Unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion terms, wagering requirements apply to the bonus amount only. Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements — the contribution percentage per game category is displayed in the relevant promotion's terms.
6.3 Bonus Abuse. p879 does not permit the use of any strategy, systematic approach, or coordinated multi-account behaviour designed to exploit bonus terms. Any Player found to have engaged in bonus abuse — including, but not limited to, hedging bets using bonus funds or registering multiple Accounts to claim duplicate welcome offers — may have their Bonus Balance forfeited and their Account suspended.
6.4 Amendments to Promotions. p879 reserves the right to alter, suspend, or withdraw any promotional offer at any time without prior notice. Changes will not affect bonuses already credited to a Player's Account where wagering has commenced.
7.1 Game Outcomes. The outcome of all RNG-based casino games on p879 is determined by certified Random Number Generator software. The outcome of live dealer games is determined by the physical game action (card dealt, wheel spin result, etc.) as captured and confirmed by the live stream. p879 does not intervene in or manipulate game outcomes.
7.2 Sports Betting. All sports bets, including cricket, PSL, and other markets, are settled in accordance with p879's published Sports Betting Rules. Where the rules do not explicitly address a specific scenario, p879's trading team will settle the bet in a manner it considers most equitable and consistent with market practice. p879's settlement decisions are final.
7.3 Game Malfunctions. In the event of a technical malfunction affecting the operation of any game — including network disconnection, server error, or software failure — p879 reserves the right to void any bet affected by the malfunction and return the wagered stake to the Player's Real Money Balance. No further compensation shall be payable in such circumstances.
7.4 Bet Cancellation. Once placed and confirmed, bets on p879 cannot be cancelled or amended by the Player. p879 reserves the right to cancel any bet where it has been placed in error, at incorrect odds due to a technical fault, or in circumstances constituting Prohibited Conduct.
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the p879 Platform. Engaging in any Prohibited Conduct may result in immediate Account suspension, permanent termination, forfeiture of all balances, and referral to relevant authorities where legally required:

No Player or third party is granted any right, licence, or interest in any p879 intellectual property by virtue of accessing or using the Platform.
You must not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works from any part of the p879 Platform or its content without express prior written consent from p879. Unauthorised use of p879's intellectual property may give rise to civil and criminal liability.
11.1 No Warranty. The p879 Platform and all services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. p879 makes no warranty, express or implied, that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from malicious code, to the fullest extent permissible under applicable law.
11.2 Limitation. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, p879's aggregate liability to any Player in connection with their use of the Platform — whether in contract, tort, statute, or otherwise — shall not exceed the value of the Real Money Balance held in that Player's Account at the time the claim arises.
11.3 Excluded Losses. In no event shall p879 be liable for any indirect, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of opportunity, arising from or in connection with the use of the p879 Platform, even if p879 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Your privacy is important to p879. The collection, storage, processing, and use of your personal data in connection with your p879 Account and use of the Platform is governed by the p879 Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms & Conditions by reference. By using p879, you confirm that you have read and agree to the Privacy Policy.
p879 collects personal data including your name, mobile number, CNIC details, payment method information, and gameplay history for the purposes of account administration, identity verification, fraud prevention, regulatory compliance, and service improvement. p879 will not sell your personal data to unaffiliated third parties.
13.1 By the Player. You may close your p879 Account at any time by contacting the support team via live chat. Upon closure, any Real Money Balance remaining in the Account will be processed for withdrawal to your verified payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements and the absence of any pending investigations.
13.2 By p879. p879 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account, with or without notice, where: (a) the Player is found to have engaged in Prohibited Conduct; (b) the Player has breached any provision of these Terms & Conditions; (c) p879 reasonably suspects fraud, money laundering, or criminal activity; or (d) regulatory or compliance obligations require it.
13.3 Effect of Termination. Upon termination for Prohibited Conduct, all Bonus Balances and any winnings derived from wagering in breach of these Terms are forfeited. Real Money Balance treatment in termination scenarios is determined on a case-by-case basis in accordance with p879's compliance obligations.
p879 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, p879 will provide reasonable notice via the Platform, registered email address, or the Player's registered mobile number. The date of the most recent update is displayed at the top of this document.
It is the Player's responsibility to review the Terms & Conditions periodically. Continued use of the p879 Platform after any amendment has been published constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. If you do not accept any revision, you must cease using the Platform and contact support to close your Account.
These Terms & Conditions and any dispute arising from your use of the p879 Platform shall be interpreted and governed in accordance with applicable international gaming compliance frameworks under which p879 operates. Players agree that any dispute, claim, or controversy arising from these Terms shall first be submitted to p879's customer support team for informal resolution.
Where informal resolution is not achieved within 30 days of a written complaint being submitted to p879, the dispute shall be referred to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the applicable regulatory framework. The arbitration shall be conducted in the English language. The arbitral award shall be final and binding on both parties.
Nothing in this clause prevents either party from seeking urgent injunctive or interim relief from a court of competent jurisdiction where necessary to prevent irreparable harm.
